Go at your own pace in this booty band workout that sculpts and tones your buttocks.
You’ll burn your behind with kickbacks, fire hydrants, glute bridges and many more low impact moves.
A light medium or heavy resistance band will help you tighten tone & break a sweat with each rep.

This low impact , high intensity session will invigorate your mind and body!
Using strength, balance and flexibility, this class will be filled with achievable poses leaving fire in your soul!
This class is suitable for all abilities as modifications are always available.
Complete beginners are advised to contact instructor Helen prior to the class.

Yoga

Come to unwind and enjoy a gentle approach to yoga.
This class targets mainly the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine whilst stimulating the flow of energy around the body. Yin postures are held for three to five minutes which gives the body an opportunity to open and release tension from deeper tissues. You are invited to slow down, practise mindfully and pay particular attention to the needs of your body.
This form of yoga is a great way to help you unwind from the stress of a busy week and leave feeling completely refreshed.

Pilates x barre

Pilates X Barre is a modern twist on a classic workout. Classical Pilates exercises are fused with upbeat barre beats and movement to create a full body workout you’ll enjoy week after week!
The exercises are progressive and safe, allowing you to work at your own pace with an emphasis on good technique, strong alignment and individual progress. Several levels of difficulty will be offered within each class to ensure you work at a level that is as challenging, or as comfortable, as you want.
These classes will improve your posture, muscle tone, flexibility and mobility; all in a fun, supportive group. Feel the burn and the beat!

Classical Pilates

With its focus on proper form and alignment, Pilates effectively develops all parts of the body, with a focus on core strength, creating a stable and functional foundation where students can feel themselves using muscles they never knew they had.
Pilates is a fantastic workout to improve strength, flexibility and mobility and is suitable for everybody! Several levels of difficulty will be offered within each class to ensure you work at a level that is as challenging, or as comfortable, as you want.

The Sunday Club- Skin Workshop

On Sunday 2nd June join us as we delve into the essentials of skin health and the initial steps to rejuvenating your skin. Additionally, enjoy a rejuvenating 20-minute facial yoga session to uplift both your skin and spirit. Indulge in delicious food and beverages while networking with fellow skincare enthusiasts.
