Strengthen, lengthen, and move with intention in our Reformer Pilates classes. Using the reformer machine and a variety of supportive equipment, this full-body workout focuses on core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and controlled movement. The adjustable resistance of the reformer provides a challenging yet low-impact workout that is suitable for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

With a maximum of just 3 participants per class, our intimate 3:1 setting allows for personalised instruction, close attention to technique, and modifications tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Our experienced instructors combine a passion for health and wellbeing with a strong understanding of functional movement and anatomy. Grounded in evidence-based principles, they focus on helping you move safely, efficiently, and with greater body awareness, ensuring each session supports both your physical fitness and long-term wellbeing.
